My passion for the industry grew from my early experience as a property owner and entrepreneur, as well as helping build my husband’s successful hardwood flooring company, Admiral Hardwood Floors, Inc.
I was born in La Paz, Bolivia, and raised in the vibrant Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. From a young age, I developed an entrepreneurial spirit and an appreciation for the importance of homeownership. I eventually helped my family achieve this milestone and later invested in properties of my own throughout the DMV area. Before real estate, I held leadership roles at Nordstrom, where I managed high-volume sales teams and oversaw multimillion-dollar buying decisions — experience that continues to strengthen my negotiation and client service skills today.
As a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at UMD, I combine my strong business sense with hands-on experience in building a business and remodeling and managing residential and commercial properties. This background allows me to offer clients valuable insight into maximizing their property value and preparing homes for sale.
Outside of real estate, I’m inspired by my children—now in college and serving in the Marine Corps. I love exploring dusty bookstores, relaxing with my French Bulldog Maple, fishing with my husband John, and celebrating life with a glass of champagne!
